Prepping for the New Year

It's almost 2008, just in case you haven't noticed. We're deep in planning the annual New Year's Eve Game/Movie Night, but I'm thinking my friend's Disco Night might be a fun idea for next year :-)

This is the time of year when people put together their list of "Resolutions". I've never been the resolution type, but my friend Marybeth is asking for people to post a)a review of their resolutions from 2007 and b)their resolutions for 2008. It's making me think maybe I'll come up with some goals/resolutions for 2008, a general plan for reaching those goals, then see what happens.

Feel free to join in the goal-setting fun. Just check out Marybeth's post for the info. I'll be posting my goals in the next couple of days, whenever I can come up with some!

Okay~ I just spent time catching up on several days worth of your blogs and here's the mac Daddy comment to cover them all:

I love princess houses with 1000 pieces. Give it a few weeks and it will be down to 200 pieces and your vacuum cleaner will feel very loved and well fed.

Fart power- absolutely hysterical. I just served bean soup for dinner last night. I have left overs if your little 8 year old friend needs to fly anywhere today.

Love, love, love the luggage!

What in the world is your hubby playing with? I'm so not a with it computer techhie?

And the sassy red purse- you go girl! Get some lipstick to match!!!

Oh yes and the dream being blamed on one said author- AHEM- I say it was no dream at all. Foreshadowing can scare the pants off of anyone. But then you might have to return to the Mom purse if you have 3 girls and well, that makes this whole thing a bit complicated!

Good luck on your goals. I too have been pondering MB's post and challenge!
